Same story as everyone else. She said I'd completed a survey on some holiday site, which I definitely didn’t as I never go abroad. That was an immediate red flag for me. When I told her I didn’t know the site but she could keep talking, she quickly said sorry for bothering me. I then ended the call and blocked the number. I mean, I don’t have a passport so why on earth would I be interested in trips overseas? 😂😂😂

I got a call last Friday, 29/11, and they also offered me a family holiday in fancy self-catering homes in Costa del Sol, Orlando US, Bodrum Turkey and Tenerife. They seemed really legit and said they’d send me a letter right away with all the info. We even arranged to meet at one of their offices in Gloucester for about 1.5 hrs, but no kids allowed as they said it’s their policy no children under 7.5 can go in that area. Not sure if they just wanted us out the house or what. I’m pretty shocked now reading all these comments.

Got a call from this number asking my name and saying I took part in some survey I never did. They claimed they needed to verify my info before telling me I won a family trip. Sounded fishy to me. When I told them I wasn't bothered, the person said they’d give the prize to someone else and then just hung up! Proper annoying. I keep getting loads of these calls from all sorts of numbers. No idea where they got my details from but it’s really frustrating. I’ve blocked hundreds of numbers on my phone because of this.

These guys are pretty legit, you get a free week’s stay but you only cover the flights. The catch is you gotta sit through a tough timeshare pitch, which depending on how desperate the seller is for a commission, can drag on from 2 hours to like 6. It can really mess up your plans to be honest. That said, I’ve had some pretty decent holidays from these offers, gotta admit.

I received a call yesterday from someone who couldn’t get my surname right. They started with, “We wanted to thank you for taking part in product testing.” When I told them I hadn’t done any, the woman said, “No worries, you just signed up on the website,” and then she actually read out my e-mail address. I might’ve clicked a link somewhere, can’t really recall, so I went along with it. Then she said, “Great news, you’ve won a holiday!” I asked if she could ring back later as I’d had similar calls before and ended up blocking the number.

I got a ring from this number saying it was about a survey regarding me and my partner, and that I could get a nice discount on a holiday. When I said I didn’t have a partner, they just brushed it off and told me to use a code to claim the discount. Everything was said so quickly, then the call just cut off. I got a call about a “lifestyle survey” I supposedly completed and they said I’d won a week-long holiday. They said all I had to do was cover the cost of the flights. Can’t really remember doing any survey like that. They couldn’t email me any info and said they’d ring me back later today.
