These undesirable individuals made a total of eight attempts to bypass our Truecall system, eventually succeeding by claiming they were acquaintances. They've now found their way onto the zap directory.

My mother-in-law, who’s elderly, has been getting nonstop calls about orders she didn’t even place. Just today, 09/03/16, she’s had at least 10 calls. It’s really frustrating for all of us and honestly feels like harassment.

I got 11 calls in just a couple of hours from these lot. When I finally picked up, they were trying to get me to buy something I wasn’t interested in. I just hung up, but then another person called me about the same thing. I kept telling them I wasn’t interested and they just hung up on me. I tried calling back and left a voicemail asking to speak to a manager, but I’ve had no reply. These people go by names like tvvitality, our life and biotonics. Honestly, don’t ever buy anything from them, they’ll bother you non stop every day.

Whoever owns this number are absolute scoundrels, taking advantage of those who are struggling the most. I haven’t got a clue who they really are yet, but mark my words, I’m going to find out! My mum is currently dealing with some mental health issues and yesterday these pests kept ringing our house five times, each time demanding to talk to her directly, even after being told she wasn’t in a state to speak to them. After the fifth call, I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, and when someone else finally answered, I warned quite firmly that if these calls didn’t stop, I’d consider legal action. Shockingly, they rang again today. I spoke with my mum in depth about this, and it turns out their excuse for needing to speak to her is that there’s an order supposedly ready to be sent out, and they’re pushing her to place more orders whether she wants to or not. If this number ever rings you, do whatever you can to block it straight away!
