These undesirable individuals made a total of eight attempts to bypass our Truecall system, eventually succeeding by claiming they were acquaintances. They've now found their way onto the zap directory.

When I finally answered one of their calls, they persistently tried to sell me something that I had no interest in purchasing. Frustrated, I ended the call. Those responsible for this phone number are dishonest individuals who prey on vulnerable individuals in our society. Although I do not currently know their identity, I am determined to uncover it. My mother is currently experiencing mental health issues, and these individuals called her home on five separate occasions yesterday. Despite being informed that my mother couldn't speak to them, they insisted on speaking to her directly. Frustrated, I demanded to speak to a manager on the fifth call and politely warned them that I would seek legal advice if the calls didn't stop. To my surprise, they called again today. After discussing the calls at length with my mother, I discovered that their intention is to inform her about an order she supposedly placed and force her into making additional unwanted purchases.
