This number rings me all the time. Whenever I pick up, there's nothing but silence, like they've just muted the call. Someone wondered what blocking does. Well, if you block a number, they can still drop voicemails, but you won’t know about them. Any texts sent won’t come through either. The person on the other end won’t get any clue their calls or texts are being blocked either.
