Complete con! They ring me up pretending to be from the housing repairs crew, asking if I rent my place and whether I've got any issues like leaks or damp. They actually knew the right address too - but funny thing is, I don’t rent it at all! They called on my mobile, so I’ve blocked them now. Watch out for this, it smells dodgy to me.

Today, this number rang my late mother-in-law’s mobile, and a woman answered asking for a person we’d never come across. I told her she’d called the wrong number. She then asked if I was that person, and when I said no, she wanted to know if I knew them. I told her I didn’t. She then asked if I was a council tenant, and I simply said no and ended the call.
