Admittedly, this new firm could potentially offer better rates than others, but I've come to prefer sticking with Sky. This approach has proven to be the most fulfilling for me. Plus, loads of their services don’t cost a penny, and some of the gear comes at no charge too.

I received a call from a number seeking a person I wasn't familiar with, at an address that was entirely unfamiliar to me. When I explained this, they apologised and assured me that they would arrange a refund right away.

I received an unexpected call from this number earlier today. A woman, who had a distinct Irish accent, was attempting to peddle insurance for my Sky television equipment. She was incredibly insistent. At one point, she mentioned that my current premium of £120 annually could be slashed to roughly £60. Then, she brought up the idea of paying four years in advance, claiming I’d save £239 in the process! Things got a bit fishy when she wanted to set up a password for me, and at that moment, I decided it was best to hang up.
