This new company could maybe offer better prices, but I’ve decided to stick with Sky. For me, they’re the ones who’ve been most reliable. Plus, quite a bit of their service and even some equipment comes at no extra cost.

Got a call looking for a name I hadn’t heard of at a place I didn’t recognise. Told them straight away and they just said sorry and promised to sort my refund right away.

Got a call out the blue from this number, a woman with an Irish accent was on the line trying to push some kind of insurance for my Sky TV gear. She was pretty aggressive about it. At first, she told me the cost would drop from £120 a year to about £60. Then all of a sudden, she mentioned I'd have to pay for four years in advance and claimed I'd save £239!! When she started trying to create a password for me over the phone, I just ended the call.

Back in March I signed up with these guys and just recently got my dish and box swapped out. Honestly, their service has been spot on, can’t complain at all. Plus it’s way cheaper than what I was paying before!
