What a blithering nuisance this caller from 020 3807 2002 turned out to be! The absolute cheek-she outright confessed she hadn’t the foggiest who she was trying to reach. It’s maddening how these numpties ring random numbers, not even using a proper list. I reckon a good blast of my referee whistle aimed in her direction might just send her packing for a bit… now that would be a fitting payback! 😄

I got a rather dubious phone call today. The person on the other end claimed they had managed to secure £3750 for me in PPI compensation related to a loan I took out ages ago. The caller introduced herself as "Emma" and had quite a pronounced Indian/Pakistani accent. She then handed me over to a "Supervisor Brian," who also sported a similar accent. They seemed to have a fair bit of information about my loan, but there was a catch - a £375 fee that I would need to pay once they dispatched someone to deliver my money in the next couple of hours. It all struck me as extremely fishy, and considering the similarities to other reports I've seen on this site, I suspect I've encountered yet another scam.

Received a call earlier today, yet the caller decided against leaving any message. I looked into the number and I've made my mind up not to return the call.

Today, I received a phone call from that same number, and they were babbling on about how I was due for a £3750 PPI refund, which would supposedly be arriving via FEDEX tomorrow! They insisted I must ring them back at 4:30 tomorrow on 02038072002 to confirm. Oddly enough, there was no mention of those ITunes vouchers this time!

I received a rather dubious message claiming that I was owed a cash sum of £3750 due to PPI. They insisted I purchase £375 worth of iTunes vouchers from Asda as some sort of fee for their 'services'. Once I confirmed I had the vouchers, they stated a FedEx courier would be in touch to deliver the money. It seems exceptionally likely they want me to ring a premium number to call them back. I can assure you, I'm not easily fooled and will not be taking any further action.
Sincerely, Mrs Stokes
