I didn't pick up, and they didn’t bother leaving a message either.

So I rang them up after getting the call. I ordered a Japanese knife, I think the brand was something like Satoro or close to that. They told me it was already sent out and would take about 8 to 15 days to arrive. Then they started pushing the sharpener and sheath on me as extras.
