They mentioned having my Microsoft contact and questioned why I hadn’t replied to their messages, insisting I switch my computer on. I told them no, and the person suddenly got really rude, claiming my data had been hacked and was being used online pretending to be me. They even threatened I could end up in prison. I said I didn’t appreciate their tone, to which they replied it was important because it was a serious matter. I hung up, but then they called again from a different number (004969989858), angrily asking why I’d ended the call and pressing for when I’d be available, saying it was urgent.
