I keep getting loads of calls from numbers beginning with 02039864. I usually don’t answer and there’s never any voicemail left. It’s not too much trouble for me, more just annoying, but I can see how it might scare some people. If you do pick up, they might tell you to press 1 or face some kind of threat about arrest. Blocking those numbers doesn’t help since they just use different ones. Colt Technology Services seem to not care who’s using their lines and just wash their hands of it, saying it’s nothing to do with them. Honestly, I doubt there’s much that can be done to stop it.
