I've no clue who this caller might be; their number was lurking in my missed calls list. My phone's set up so that any unrecognised numbers go directly to a screening app. If I don’t recognise the caller, they get no reply from me. Cold callers? Forget it - I steer clear of them entirely. By the way, anyone claiming to be from Microsoft is most likely a scammer trying to pull a fast one and make a few quid off you.
