I received a rather intrusive phone call from what was clearly a call centre. The chap on the other end requested to speak to someone with a name that was completely alien to me. He failed to introduce himself and came across as rather curt. There was no doubt about it being an unsolicited call; I made it abundantly clear that he wasn't dialling the right number!
