I got a call from some trading firm I’ve never heard of, and now I’m just wondering if they’re legit or not.

Got a call out of the blue with no warning at all. When I asked who gave them permission to ring me, they just talked over me. I told them to take my number off their list, and while they said they would, they kept pushing their dodgy sales spiel. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I didn’t get to answer this call earlier on my phone, so I rang the number back. After a little while, I heard a beep sound, waited for a bit, then decided to end the call.

The caller kept bringing up making money through trading but when I asked what kind exactly, they wouldn’t say. I told them I wasn’t interested since I’ve got a full-time job, but they just ignored that and kept going on about trading. I asked them to stop the call, yet they carried on talking about it. Felt like a robot just messing about, annoying me. Even after I mentioned data protection rules, they wouldn’t shut up, so I told them I was hanging up and I did.

I picked up and could hear some voices in the background, maybe a group or something. When I called back, someone finally answered but all I got was music playing, kinda like an alarm clock sound. Strange!
