After filling out a form on the internet, I started getting loads of calls from telesales. Had to block the number, couldn't deal with it anymore.

They claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and were going on about a 50% discount on phones. Then suddenly they wanted to know what phone I currently have. If they're really from Carphone Warehouse, wouldn’t they have that info already? Seems a bit off to me.

I picked up and said hello but there was nothing on the other line, just silence. After around 10 seconds they just ended the call.

Got three calls back to back all sounding like the same Indian bloke but from different numbers. I just hung up on him mid-chat.

I ignored the call since the number was unfamiliar to me. They didn't leave any voicemail, so I decided to call back. An automated voice said the phone couldn't be reached. I'm guessing it was some kind of sales pitch or a scam. I've blocked the number now.
