This number rang me up on my mobile and I'm based in Germany. Nobody I know in London has got my number, but I've put it on my website for clients to contact me. When I looked at my Google analytics, someone from Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina was visiting my contact page at the same time as the call came through. So yeah, I'm convinced it's just a scam.
