I wasn’t sure if it was a scam, coz I usually only call the number I know, not this one. Then, just after saying my bill would go down, the caller suddenly hung up on me! I got a call from someone saying they were from ee, but they took ages to say anything after I answered. When I told them they had the wrong number and I wasn't with ee, they just hung up on me. Pretty sure it was a scam.

I picked up the phone and there was a long pause before anyone said anything, then I could barely make out something about a deal on a new iPhone. I asked which company they represented, but it went quiet again. I half thought they’d disconnected, but I could faintly hear some voices in the back. When I said I was still listening, the call abruptly ended. Seems like a pretty poor scam to me.

Extremely discourteous and aggressive in his manner. He presented himself as a representative from a company handling tenancy issues, but when I asked for his identification, he accused me of being a time-waster and responded with a barrage of verbal abuse. He ultimately ended the call abruptly.
