I got a call from someone claiming to be from the national lottery who knew my first name straight away. They told me I’d been randomly selected for a free scratch card and some other fantastic prize. Felt a bit dodgy if I’m honest.

Some bloke rang me saying he was a financial adviser from seashells or summat. He wouldn’t take no for an answer, kept going on and on. Eventually, I just cut the call and binned the number. Blocked it straight away now.

I hung up, but he called me back right away, with even more threats. It happened once again, and that’s when I said I’d report him for harassment.
