I received a phone call that started off with a moment of silence, then a voice introduced himself as Chris, claiming to be ringing from Sky regarding some sort of maintenance agreement for my television. Now, I was quite taken aback, as I have no such contract in place, and to my knowledge, Sky doesn't even offer maintenance contracts for TVs. I confronted him about the truthfulness of his statement, and rather swiftly, I decided to end the conversation and hang up.
