Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent who gave a name that seemed fake, and asked if she was speaking to Mr .... When I asked what it was about, she mentioned something about a Benefit Survey. I said I wasn’t interested, and she said it wouldn’t take long. Didn’t hang around to hear more, just ended the call. Later, I tried a 1471 to see who it was and called back. The reply was a recorded message saying the operator on line 6 was busy and to leave a message, then press the £ key - which I found quite odd.

I received a call from someone who was inquiring for Mrs... When I informed him that she wasn't around and offered to jot down a message, he unexpectedly replied with 'hello Mrs...' I clarified once more that she was unavailable and asked if he could leave a message, to which he simply declined and abruptly ended the call. How rude!
