His English was pretty poor. Got a call from someone claiming to be with Sparta telecom, trying to sell a monthly plan for £11.99 aimed at low users, pensioners, and elderly folks. They kept saying, "You don't need to do anything, everything stays the same." I told them I wasn't any of those things and ended with a quick "cheers, goodbye." This is the first time I’ve ever had a ring from that number.
