Got a call from someone saying I had a PPI refund waiting but needed to pay a legal fee first since the case was 'no win no fee'. They said the case was won so fees were due, and only after paying could I get the money. Then, suddenly, they claimed I owed 20% tax too. And it just kept dragging on...

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming I was due £5000 from some PPi thing. Sounded dodgy to me.

Got a call from this number today, definitely one of those automated scam calls. I think it's either linked to the fake HMRC brush with the law or that dodgy Amazon Prime scam going around. Be careful, they're definitely trying to trick you!
