I figured it was spam as soon as it rang through on my second SIM card, a number I've never shared with anyone. Still, I picked up and answered messing about with a funny voice, sort of sounding Asian, then pretended to be clueless when they asked for a John Ramford. After I kept saying 'sorry, who?' about three times, they just ended the call.

Got a call that just went dead quiet and then ended, nobody said a word.

Over the past three days, I've received a few calls from this company and some other numbers tied to them like 020 3642 2615, 020 3769 0681, and 020 3642 0359. It's now the 1st of March 2024, and every time I pick up, there's just silence on the other end.

They said they were from Ofgem, but honestly the only real connection they had to that was being somewhere offshore, even though the caller ID said London.

They tried ringing me again last week and once more today (05/02/24).

There’s always a little pause before they pick up which sounds dodgy, plus the guy who answered, "Adrian", spoke with an Asian accent which felt off.
