02038969804 Daniel calling, says he's from Motor Investigations Agency Ltd and claims £2507.00 has been put aside for me by some third party insurers for my uninsured motor accident losses! I’m not sharing more info here for obvious reasons. I checked with my own insurers and my claim was already closed with No Further Action. They also confirmed they didn’t share my info with anyone else, so I’m clueless how these scammers keep getting details. Guess I’ll have to block this number now.

Some bloke calling himself "Joe" from "Moto Investigations" rang me up saying I'd been in a car crash in the past 2 years. Thing is, I definitely haven't. Then he got pushy, asking how many people were in the vehicle with me. I said none, cos it never even happened. He kept insisting the accident did happen, and that maybe I just can’t recall it. Proper dodgy behaviour if you ask me.

I got a call from 03300590475 about some third party claim. I told the bloke he was making me feel worried and he just cut me off, saying I needed to listen to what he had to say. I've never been in any crash or made any claim. I asked where he got the info from, but he just said I didn’t get it. I’ve blocked that number but they keep ringing from new ones. He said the company was Motor Investigation or something like that.

Proper nasty individual who, even after I told them I wasn't involved and had no interest, kept trying to argue their point!! What was the use? Completely awful people you should steer well clear of. The bloke on the phone said there was £2500 put aside for my bump, and when he asked if I’d already claimed, I said no, then he just hung up. I tried calling back but all it does is ask you to press 1 if you want to be taken off their list, then cuts off. What’s going on? If I’m meant to get money, why make it so hard to get in touch? Got a call from 02070609965 claiming to be from RTA. When I asked who they were exactly, they said something about an RTA fund and offered me £2575. A woman with a strange accent. I told her I haven’t been in any accident for over two years and asked them to kindly remove me from their calls. What a load of rubbish. Total waste of time.

About three months ago, a person from the motor investigations team called me - my name’s Jason Tinyarm. I decided to go ahead with them to handle my claim, and honestly, what a wonderful company they are. After taking their fees, they managed to get me £3500. I was hurt in the accident and actually still in hospital when they phoned. Really great service. Would definitely recommend.

Been called a couple of times by Motor investigations, they ask for personal details and act like they’re dealing with some legit problem. They’re definitely not from my insurance or any official government dept. If it was really important, why don’t they just send a letter? They don’t accept a simple no either, feels like the people calling are just trained to sound super credible. Proper irritating!

Motor investigations keep bothering me nonstop. I block one number and they just call from a different one after a couple of days, even one with a Manchester area code. The moment you tell them to remove you from their list, they immediately hang up. You can say it nicely or be more direct and tell them to stop calling and harassing you, but either way, they just cut the call. If you try calling them back, there's an option to press 1 to opt out, but it just ends the call and nothing changes. By the way, I’ve never even been in an accident.

I keep getting calls from the same bunch, just from a different number-this time, it’s 02036211505. They’re claiming my insurance company has shared my information about a car accident from the past couple of years. I’ve pressed them numerous times to disclose which insurance provider they supposedly represent, but they’ve been utterly clueless. They promised to remove me from their call list, yet here they are, pestering me once more! Just figured out how to block this number, but I’m certain they’ll have another one lined up to ring me. Seems like I’m getting the same problem lots of folks have mentioned here! I’m getting calls about three times daily, and originally I thought it was about an accident that happened a few years back which wasn’t my fault. When they said it was from Motor Investigations, I saved the number on my phone. Honestly, it’s starting to feel like harassment and I’ve done nothing wrong!

Moto Investigations, it’s been a right saga for two and a half years, hasn’t it? Typical, really. They sounded rather put out when I mentioned I was on the Telephone Preference Service list. I then thought it wise to request the head office address of their company, saying, “If you’re above board, surely you wouldn't mind me asking for this information to share with trading standards.” Their response? “Alright then, cheerio, thanks for your patience!” - that was the chap from Moto Investigations.

Got three calls over three days from this number. The bloke was really rude. When I questioned why they'd called me repeatedly, he snapped back with 'why did you hang up?' and then just ended the call! I couldn't help but laugh a bit. If he'd kept on the line, I might've asked what stopped him from finding a proper job, but oh well. I've blocked the number now. Pro tip: whenever there’s a dead pause, hang up and make use of your phone’s block feature.

02036211505 rang me today. They had some wrong info about me but somehow knew my mobile number and name and were aware my insurance was due for renewal. At first, they claimed to be in Manchester, but I quickly noticed the pronounced South African accent and eventually they owned up to calling from Durban, SA. They refused to provide any firm details like a company address or phone number. I stood my ground and told them to erase all my information and never call back. Honestly, who’s out there selling all this personal data?!

Got a call from 02036211505 and it sounded like I was reaching some hectic office, loads of other people speaking in the background. There was a delay before someone answered, probably using some auto dialling system. The person on the line had a funny accent, maybe South African? They claimed to be from motor investigations. As soon as I tried to ask a few questions, they quickly ended the call. Seemed really fishy to me. Definitely don’t share any details with them!

0191 691 1949 kept ringing me on my mobile asking for my missus. They insisted she’s been in an accident and were pushing us hard to file a claim. Thing is, she’s had no crash whatsoever. I told them that but they said I must be mistaken and that she probably just hadn't mentioned it. They wouldn’t stop calling, so I had to block the number after giving them a piece of my mind. They’re not just scammers, they’re trying to get people to make false claims.

This woman from some car check company just refused to listen when i said no. She wouldn’t even remove me from their calling list, so now she said i should expect calls from them daily! The chat escalated quickly and she sounded proper annoyed. If someone more sensitive had been on the line, it’d have been dreadful for them. They’re relentless phone harrassers!

0191 691 1949 - Motor Investigations - have been calling me non stop and I finally picked up tonight. They claimed I reported a small accident when I renewed my insurance, but I told them that wasn’t true at all. The bloke kept pushing the same story and when I said I’d be complaining once I found out who they were, he couldn’t have cared less. Kept insisting I admitted to the incident and asked if I was responsible. Got fed up, told him off properly and blocked the number. Best not to pick up!

It's really frustrating, I've been getting loads of calls every single day from two different firms with numbers that look pretty much the same, telling me I was in some kind of accident. I keep telling them it's not true but they just won’t listen. My phone's a bit old so I can't block the numbers, so now I just save them under 'Scam Calls' or 'Ignore' and I never pick up. Proper pain in the neck!

I received a call from someone inquiring whether I was familiar with 'Section 4', and they proceeded to question me about when I had my alleged accident-was it in 2014 or perhaps 2015? Honestly, this is rather amusing because I don’t even own a car! The caller apparently worked for Moto Investigations.

My mother, who has been quite unwell for the past month, keeps receiving relentless calls from a number that shows up as unidentified. I haven’t picked up for her as it lacks any identification linked to it. She hardly ever uses her mobile, reserving it mainly for family connections, so I can confidently say it’s not someone she knows. To make matters worse, the calls have persisted well into the evening, with her getting pestered past 8pm yesterday, when she was feeling particularly poorly and I was with her until quite late. This has been ongoing for over a week now, beginning promptly at 8:30 in the morning and continuing in fits throughout the day. It’s quite alarming how often the phone rings, and I would truly appreciate any suggestions on how to handle this situation.

I keep getting these persistent calls from people looking for someone by the name of Katie Little. Honestly, I've never heard of her, nor am I anything like her! When I informed them of this, they were quite insistent, claiming that they had the right number and that this elusive Katie Little must be in residence. They even probed about any possible car accidents I've had, which was infuriating. I firmly told the woman on the line that I have no clue who Katie is, and I absolutely do not want to receive any more calls from them. To top it off, there was some rather unprofessional male voice in the background, adding to my annoyance. Quite baffling really, they don't even introduce themselves or mention the company they are representing!

In the past couple of days, I’ve received a total of five calls from some organisation claiming to be the “incident support group.” They insisted they had a record of my name and were offering £3,500 in compensation if only I could verify the particulars of an alleged accident. When I requested they specify which vehicle they were referring to-since I actually drive several cars-the caller became quite belligerent, suggesting that I ought to remember which motor I was in during the supposed incident. After he abruptly disconnected the call, it goes without saying that I’ve never been in an accident. I've now ensured that number is blocked on my phone.

I’ve had a run-in with this number before; they rang me despite my explicit request to cease any further communications. Today, I picked up the phone and found myself chatting with a woman whose accent was so thick that I struggled to make sense of what she was saying. I reiterated my wish to stop receiving calls and even specifically asked them to remove my number from their database. In the end, I came up with a brilliant plan to block this number altogether from now on. Just to note, the caller had a very strong accent, which made understanding her quite a challenge.

I recently received a rather dodgy call from some outfit claiming to represent an "Incident Unit," insisting they were inquiring about accidents I supposedly had a hand in. At first, they caught me off guard, especially since I was indeed involved in a collision around the timeframe they mentioned back in 2012. They momentarily piqued my interest, but it didn't take long-just a couple more illogical questions that had no relation to my experiences-for me to realise this was nothing but yet another scam. Now they're relentless, ringing me two to three times a day. It seems they either have very limited information about incidents or simply lucked out with the date they guessed. I suspect it’s the former and, frankly, they could easily deceive someone who’s more vulnerable. So heed my advice: ***THIS IS A SCAM CALL, DO NOT ENGAGE***.

Got two calls yesterday, only picked up the second one so I could at least find out what nonsense they were on about. Took forever before they said anything, asked for my boyfriend’s name (and it’s my phone, so maybe linked to some car insurance quotes we had). Same story as what others mentioned, they claimed to be from some claims investigation team (bet that scares some folks). I received a call today regarding an incident I reported a couple of years back. Strangely, the caller initially mentioned it was two years ago, but then somehow changed it to four! When I pointed out the discrepancy, she seemed a bit vague and suggested it could be either two or four years, but her certainty was lacking, to say the least. Then my son spoke to them, only for a male voice on the line to assert he knew me personally and that my son wasn't me. Quite puzzling, I must say, and it’s definitely left me with something to ponder.

I received a call from someone claiming to be with VOSA, looking into a car crash that I apparently was involved in. The thing is, I've never been in any sort of accident! I told them to sling their hook and to cease all communication. What a bunch of leeches! Yet, they persist in ringing me up three times daily!

Its so frustrating, even with them blocked they still ring me like 5 or 6 times daily. This all kicked off after i visited my sick dad in hospital. I reckon they are using some kind of phone scanners and then selling the numbers on. I’m on the TPS and never use those insurance comparison websites. Its been nearly a month now. The phone rings straight away before my call blocker cuts them off. With how poorly my dad is, its really upsetting. These calls need to stop. I’ve never claimed PPI or had any accident. I’m sick of these annoying cold callers!

I keep getting calls from the same number loads of times a day, even on weekends and late at night, but nobody picks up when I answer. If you find yourself picking up those calls, try telling them you’ll report them to OFCOM - it sometimes puts them off because I reckon they keep a blacklist of annoying callers. You definitely don’t want to end up on that list! Also, best thing to do is just let your phone ring out. These calls often come from automated systems, and they usually hang up after about 15-20 seconds if no one answers.

Got a call from someone named Kim about a supposed motor insurance payout of around £3,000. Pretty clear it was a scam, so I hung up straight away. Tried to report it to the fraud action website but the site wasn't loading at all. Kim said they worked for Motor Investigations or something like that.

Is this genuinely a legitimate investigative team? Is there any way I can get in touch with someone to clarify how they came by my details, especially considering I’ve never even been a passenger in any incident? I'm quite baffled!

I've had loads of calls from this firm over the last few days. They keep going on about some accident I supposedly caused, which I've got no clue about. The woman on the phone didn’t even know my name and then asked if I was a driver. I told her, "If you’ve got someone admitting fault for a crash, I’d think you'd know if I’m a driver or not." Then she switched topics and started asking if anyone in my family had been in an accident. I told her to remove me from their records and ended the call.

On top of that, I would advise caution regarding the number 020 3006 5055; I suspect it’s linked to the same crowd. Can you believe I’ve ended up blocking over a hundred numbers? So, I spun them a tale about being in a totally trashed state, crashing and somehow hurting some police officers and kids - obviously all made up. They kept passing me up the chain of command, getting more annoyed each time, until finally they just cut me off!

I figure the only thing to do is mess about with them to waste their time, at least it costs them money. Now my missus is getting these calls as well. A bunch of fraudsters, if you ask me-both chaps and lassies. They ought to give their mates a bell instead of bothering decent folk. They’re like leeches, attempting to convince you that you’re owed a payout from some insurance scheme. The woman introduced herself as Clair Jackson, but I reckon she'll have a new alias by the end of the evening. It’s truly pitiful how far they’ll go; it’s clear that their desperation drives them to operate without any sense of ethics.

These accident claim crooks keep changing numbers, even 0800 ones, so blocking one doesn't stop them, they just call from somewhere else. Don’t believe them when they say they won’t call again - they’re probably getting our details from insurance firms. I simply ignore unknown numbers now, if it’s urgent they can leave a voicemail!
