I've just had a rather peculiar call from this number. The caller knew my name and even greeted me with a "bonjour," which is a bit odd given that I’m currently in Spain (shouldn’t it be Buenos días?) and using a Spanish mobile. I’m originally from Paris-could they possibly have access to my Spanish ID? Seems a bit dodgy, doesn’t it? Hello Binance KYC!

Interestingly, I've only just got my Binance card and started dabbling with it a mere two days ago. To play it safe, I've decided to uninstall the Binance app from my phone, though I’ve hardly used it-I'm more accustomed to trading via my computer. Nobody around me is aware that I’m involved with Binance or into cryptocurrency (neither family nor friends nor colleagues). Just a word of caution!

From what I've gathered, it seems that Binance Academy has stated they don't make outbound calls. So, I'm inclined to believe there's a high likelihood-around 90%-that this could be a scam. Best to stay cautious!

I've been investing a fair bit of my cash into Binance, and it appears it’s made its way onto a dodgy trading site. Today marked the end of a pesky credit agreement with said trading company, supposedly freeing up my funds at last. Just minutes after settling that, I received a rather alarming call from this number, with a chap named Ray Cannon on the line, claiming that I was linked to a flagged wallet. He’s pressuring me to deposit more money into my Binance account and wants me to grant him access to my computer through AnyDesk tomorrow. He’s insisting they can retrieve lost funds, provided I maintain an equivalent balance in my Binance account. I’m starting to feel quite uneasy, as I suspect my trading activities might be a complete con, and this call feels just as dubious.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to represent the Blockchain Support Team, and they mentioned that I had qualified for a reward due to some recent activity on my account, possibly in Bitcoin or some other token. They even had the audacity to use Binance’s logo! It's all very dodgy! When I asked for an email address-since I have no patience for these tricksters-they sent me this: "Given the recent actions on your account, you’ve been selected to claim your rewards. Please log into your Binance account to engage with the Blockchain network, and once you’ve interacted with the wallet, your rewards will be credited shortly." It’s clearly a scam! You should definitely report them to the authorities! Stay vigilant, folks!

While I was having a natter with them, I decided to look up their number and stumbled upon this website (a big thanks to it, by the way), only to discover I’m not the sole victim of this ruse. Hello! I had a rather unsettling experience with someone claiming to be from Binance Support. This individual, who named himself Michael Marchetti, really threw me off with all his talk about smart contracts and other technical jargon that was completely over my head. Being French, I struggled to grasp what he was saying. He urged me to click around the Binance website with the allure of a bonus at stake. But alas, in my confusion, I ended up losing £6,000! I cannot stress this enough: steer clear of any interactions with the number he used or any similar ones, including +44 7488 872368; they are nothing but crooks! I attempted to report this to the French police, but unfortunately, they don't operate across GB borders. If anyone could help put a stop to these scammers, it would be greatly appreciated. I also sought an email response, but that never materialised! I reached out to Binance as well, but their response was a one-time affair that led to nothing further. What an ordeal!

Received a call purporting to be from Binance, praising me for supposedly winning a Smart Contract. The chap went on about Blockchain in a rather convoluted manner, likely to bamboozle me!
