Had something pretty much like this happen to me. Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Sky, telling me I'd won some sort of loyalty present to be sent out the next day. Turns out, she'd somehow accessed my Sky account and placed an order for a couple of fancy new iPhones which arrived the very next day. Then she arranged for a 'return' label through the Post Office to be sent to my place. Luckily, I’d already dealt with the hack situation by then and managed to send the package back properly, but it was a bit touch and go for a moment!

I just went through the same thing as the last commenter. A lady with an Indian accent rang me up, saying she was from Sky checking if I was satisfied with my service. I replied yes, then she offered me some 40% off for the next 8 months. I said sure, and she seemed quite shocked, double-checking a few times before saying she’d put me through to tech support - which seemed strange for a discount call. Got a really dodgy vibe, so I ended the call, but they called right back straight away.

I got a call from a woman with a strong Indian accent asking if I was satisfied with my Sky service. I told her I'd just talked to Sky a couple days earlier and everything was fine. Right after that, she put me through to what she said was their "tech team," but I ended up hanging up. Minutes later they rang back, I declined the call, but it wasn’t ended properly and my voicemail caught loads of voices speaking an Asian language in the background. Feels like it’s one of those dodgy scams for sure.
