I received a call from a company called Elegant Flyers, promoting low-cost flight deals. When I inquired about a ticket for Pakistan International Airlines, they instead offered me a quote for Ethiopian Airlines, which was £700. I mentioned that I typically secure my tickets for the peak season from July onwards for only £380 return. His reaction was priceless-utter disbelief! Honestly, I was taken aback too, as it’s rare to find fares that affordable. But hey, at least it made him stop trying to sell me something!
