Got a dodgy call supposedly from Dryzone. The Caller ID was totally fake. They really should have some kind of system to catch these scammers red-handed, maybe by setting up traps and then tracking them through detailed logs. I’m sure it could be done. Wish there was a big lawsuit going after the phone companies for letting this happen.

Got a few calls from someone named Tom about inspecting my loft insulation. It's just a recorded message that only covers a few questions, but if you respond, he asks if you’re between 60-80 or over 85, whether you need anyone from your family to help with house decisions, and if you receive pension credits. This is seriously irritating - though I wouldn’t be bothered if I hadn’t already blocked the number. He’s tried ringing me for the third time today, the last one just ten minutes ago. Just now - there was a bit of silence then a voice came on, didn't sound like a recording, saying something about a call regarding a recent Government thing. I cut them off pretty quick and let them know exactly what I thought about them and their dodgy mates before smashing the big red button on my call blocker and ending the call.

Got a call from someone called Tom at around 7 in the evening. He said he was with this UK Advisory Eco Innovations group and wanted to arrange a loft inspection because supposedly the insulation in my house was bad and causing damp and mould issues. Got a call earlier trying to set up a survey for spray foam insulation. They asked if I make decisions without the kids, felt like a sketchy scam with some scare tactics. Seems like they were fishing for people who’d pay without checking with family. Pretty sure it was just a bot replying all the time.

Got a call from some bloke about loft insulation survey that was supposedly scheduled. He couldn’t even tell me my name or address properly. Totally felt like a scam. Right when I was about to hand over my bank info (yeah, right), he just dropped the call.

Got a call from this number on our TPS landline at 12:26 today. Didn’t pick up since we didn’t recognise it - probably for the best, after reading the other comments this spambot or scammer would’ve got a right telling off! Cheers to everyone who shared their experiences before.

Got a call from some bloke called ‘Tom’ about ‘government funded loft insulation’ that we supposedly had done; we don’t have any, so it’s obviously a total con. He rang from an ‘International’ number first. If he calls again, I’ll give him a proper telling off.

Dont trust em, theyre proper scammers. Their only aim is to get into your home to nick stuff or grab your bank info if you give it away. Absolute scammers, pure time wasters.

Got a call from “UK Advisory Eco Innovations Group” about my loft insulation supposedly causing condensation, wanted to set up a survey. When I asked where they're based, they just hung up. Couldn't find anything about them online either. Seems like a total scam to me.

I got a call from someone named Tom who said he was checking up on loft insulation that I supposedly had installed. I found it odd because I live in a bungalow with a flat roof, so there’s no loft at all. When I questioned who exactly he was after, he just cut me off and ended the call. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

Got a call from this number again but with a different story, now they’re pushing drain services. Claimed loads of folks nearby have been reporting blocked drains, probably trying to profit from all the flooding going on right now. I told them I don’t share drains with any neighbours but they just kept going on, trying to hook me with a “free” quote. Total scam if you ask me.

I’ve had this bloke Tom ringing nonstop for days now, claiming it’s about loft insulation they supposedly put in and some condensation issue. Told him I’ve never had any insulation done, and he just cut me off straight away. Been at it for three days, must be getting desperate. Honestly, if he rings again, he’s in for a proper telling off.
