Then they wanted me to set up a password. After that, they started asking for my bank details, first the sort code, but only after I gave them the last two digits. Next, they pushed for my full account number. I wasn’t comfortable with that at all and declined to give any further info. They said that was the only way to renew, but I stood my ground and they just hung up on me.
