I found myself asking a barrage of rather pointed questions because the whole thing reeked of a scam, and before long, he hung up on me. It did leave me a bit unnerved that he knew my name, though-where on earth did he get that information?

Every time before, it’s been a right scam or some dodgy attempt to gather personal info. Magrethea claim it’s not them doing the calling but their clients using their network. Honestly, they should really check who they’re letting use their service or just cut them off, since these cold calls are practically borderline illegal.
