Somebody claimed to be from O2, said they needed to discuss my phone and asked if I was on contract or pay as you go. I told them they must already have my info since I’ve called O2 before. They just hung up on me. Blocked their number now!

I keep blocking the numbers but like loads of people mentioned before, they just ring from a slightly different one next time. So I’ve switched to blocking anything marked as "spam" or "cold call" straight away, that way they don’t get through anymore. Would totally recommend everyone else do the same, it’s the only real way to stop all those annoying calls.

Got a call from these lot today, saying I need to give them info about damage to my car from a crash. I told them I hadn’t been in any accident, but the woman kept insisting I had. So I asked her what car they thought was mine - she didn’t say anything. Then I asked if it was about a Ford Focus. She said yes. Every now and then I mess about with these calls, pretending I’ve been in an accident, and they get really eager. When they start asking for my info, I ask them to say my name first, and obviously they can’t. If they want to know what I hurt, I say it was a head injury, and when they push for more, I tell them I can’t remember anything.
