I can’t quite recall the charity's name but after I gave a donation, they rang me back asking to set up a direct debit. It wasn’t a bother at all, they were very polite and easy to talk to. Nothing pushy or annoying about it.

Got a really nasty call earlier. I asked the person why they were ringing me, and they snapped back asking if I’m always this rude. Then they went on to call me a proper rude name, so I just ended the call straight away.
