I’ve been prompted to call this number regarding a consumer claim to settle an overdue amount of £291.58 linked to a PPI claim. The thing is, I never requested this company to investigate anything on my behalf! There’s no way I'm making that call!

I recently received a call from this number, claiming to be from Sheila's Wheels. Ordinarily, I would have brushed it off without a second glance. However, the timing of this call raised my eyebrows, as it coincided with a claim that we thought had been put to bed. I felt the need to get to the bottom of it and resolve any issues. I've attempted to reach out to this number thrice now, only to be met with a monotonous recorded message instructing me to leave my digits for a representative to call back within 24 hours. Concerned, I decided to ring Sheila's Wheels using a number I had saved, only to discover that this particular number is, in fact, a scam. Now I find myself worrying whether I've been billed at a staggering £50 a minute for those three calls. Can anyone shed some light on this predicament?
