Got a call from some boiler room mates trying to sell me something over the phone. Total cold call and super annoying.

This bloke was really impolite. I told him I wasn’t bothered, yet he phoned me again pretending to be another person. He must believe I’m daft. Feels like a bit of a scammer, so watch out.

Quite an impolite chap. I tried asking where he was ringing from, but his answer was so mumbled I couldn’t make it out - sounded like some finance firm maybe. Then he wanted to talk to my husband. I told him he wasn’t interested (after 42 years together, I’m fairly certain!). Next, he asked when hubby would be home. I told him to take our number off his list. His reply was, “That’s not what I asked. I’ll ring him again later. You might want to hang up now!” Very cheeky indeed.
