These lot somehow managed to get hold of both my full name and phone number, absolute nuisance. Despite me being on the TPS, they kept ringing and even used my first name, acting way too familiar like we're old mates. Really feels bad for anyone vulnerable caught up in this. There should be hefty fines that actually deter them from breaking the rules, plus they ought to be held directly accountable for any mis-sold policies - maybe with triple compensation if the victim’s vulnerable. And honestly, the company bosses should be barred from running firms like this altogether.
