It begins with a recorded message inquiring whether you've had an accident. When you respond affirmatively, they transfer you to a live operator. The script is always the same: “Have you been involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault in the past couple of years? We can assist you in claiming compensation.” It’s utterly ridiculous! Personally, I enjoy feigning a slight hearing impairment and making them repeat their spiel ad nauseam until they eventually throw in the towel.
