This has definitely gotta be some sort of scam.

Got a call from the same firm twice - first time I just hung up. They said they knew I was involved in an accident but I wasn’t at fault. I asked them to send me something in writing if they were so sure about my identity, also told them I wasn’t interested in making a claim since it was already dealt with. I do get calls from other companies too, but they always ring from different numbers. No surprise car insurance costs an arm and a leg with all this hassle.

Pretty obvious this call centre’s from India, and they’re just trying to get your personal details to scam you. Really don’t trust them!
