I usually don’t pick up calls from numbers I don’t know, the same goes for any 0800 number or anyone not saved in my contacts. I’m pretty careful about who’s got my phone number, only sharing it with folks I’m happy to hear from and adding them to my contacts. So, if a call pops up with no name on it, I just assume it's a cold call and hang up straight away, then block it so it won’t bug me again. This method’s worked really well for me!
