Got a call today from a woman with a Filipino accent trying to rope me into some trading scheme. Obviously just a scam, but since I was bored, I let her go on rambling for nearly 20 minutes. She got so deep into her spiel she didn’t notice I’d stopped paying attention and left the phone down for the last 5 minutes, basically talking to herself. If they’re gonna pester me, might as well waste their time and maybe jack up their call charges, right?
