Got a call from a private number, and they started asking for all sorts of personal and money details. Surely, this has gotta break heaps of rules and laws? Don’t just cut them off right away - try to keep the convo going ages so they mark you down as wasting time. You could even give them a fake name like John Smith or something just to mess with them.

02038087769 kept calling, sounded like they were just trying to dig up info. Felt a bit dodgy to me. Would say watch out with this number.

I get calls from them like 5 times a week, even tho I’ve asked them a bunch of times to take me off their list. It’s always the same number being hit up for all sorts of sales. Proper annoying honestly. I’ve blocked loads of their numbers but they just ring back from new lines all the time. Every now and then, one slips past the block and rings me.

I got a call from 00442035197554, someone called James Parker or Lucy from globalconnectmarketing. They wanted to know if I was up for investing or putting down a mortgage deposit of £40k. Also asked loads about where I'm from and my nationality. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

On June 10th, 2020 at exactly 12:12, I got a call from some company called ‘Global Connect Marketing’. A woman was on the line pushing some dodgy property investment scheme. When I asked for details about who they were, she just wouldn’t say and ended up cutting me off. What got me even more annoyed was they already had my name, which smells like a data breach to me. Using personal info for marketing without asking is totally illegal here in the UK, so to me, these people are nothing but lawbreakers. Plus, just hanging up when you ask questions? Rude and unprofessional.
