Seems like today’s been a total blitz of cold-calling from telemarketers. Got three straight calls. One of them just dropped the call on me. This one was a bit more bearable, though - spoke to a friendly bloke who sounded a bit lost, asking for someone called James. I told him there’s no James here. He quickly caught on his info was off. Seemed like a decent chap overall.

Got a call from some number I didn’t recognise. When I rang back, a voice recording said “Our offices are shut now. We’re open from 9am to 6pm. Please ring again then and one of our reps will be happy to help.” Looks like it might be one of the new lines used by XLN Communications for their broadband or phone services. Similar to 02036570741, I think.

A telecom company kept calling me. So annoying and way too pushy. I probably told the lady at least 10 times that I wasn’t interested in switching until next year, but she just wouldn’t stop hassling me, like she didn’t get the message at all.
