Today I got a call from 020 3650 7950 claiming to be from Vodafone’s feedback team. They asked if I was happy with their service and my bill amount. I told them everything was alright. Then they offered me a 30% discount, which sounded good so I agreed. After that, they asked how much I usually pay. I replied that I wasn’t sure and asked if they had that info. The person said no, she was only in feedback and didn’t have access to billing details. Something felt off about it, so I ended up just hanging up. Not sure if it was proper or a bit dodgy.
