I tried to reach the Director, but he was unfortunately unavailable at the time. The person on the other end was quite insistent about the reason for the Director's call, yet they didn’t divulge anything clear to me. They then asked for his mobile number, but I politely declined to share it.

I recently experienced two back-to-back dropped calls on my office landline. When I attempted to call back, I was greeted by a voice with a northern accent that merely gave me the option to leave a message, without any identification of who they were or the company they represented. I’d recommend treating this as spam.

Someone rang up wanting to speak to our Managing Director but wouldn’t divulge the purpose of the call, claiming it was regarding a shareholder issue. He mentioned he’d give another ring later on. It’s suspicious, to say the least. Looks like a scam to me!
