KBS Corporate is really dodgy, using all sorts of sneaky tricks and pushy salespeople just to get to the “shareholders” or directors. They keep hassling the reception team and treating them badly, all while trying to track down the directors. Essentially, this firm just acts as a middleman for buying and selling companies. They keep fibbing about having spoken to the directors, which they clearly haven’t. If they had, they’d be contacting the directors by email or phone directly instead of going through the receptionist. Honestly, it’s just a cold call telemarketing scam.

This lady, calling herself Fizz, was asking for my clinic director by name. When I asked what the call was about, she just said it was some 'shareholder issue' but wouldn’t say any more. Bit odd really, since we don’t even have shareholders in our setup! When I mentioned that calls like this often turn out to be scams or phishing attempts, she ended the call pretty sharpish.

Some bloke from KBS rang my mate asking for our directors by their full names. Sounds like they’ve been digging through Companies House or summat! Our directors never pick up cold calls and no matter what sneaky lines they use, we’re not putting them through. One even had the cheek to say he was working on a project with our MD and one of our suppliers - as if! Our MD hardly ever chats to directors anyway. Honestly, KBS, just bugger off, you’re blocked now!

This number keeps ringing me up, saying they're specialists in corporate restructuring. They say they're from KBS. I've told them to quit calling, but they just won’t take no for an answer. I even reported them to the TPS but it did nothing. They seem to go after small businesses that are doing well and try to get the owners to pay a fee to help sell their company. If you look them up online, it's obvious they mostly just take the money and rarely manage to sell the business at the high prices they promise!

KBS are a bit dodgy, they record calls without telling you (not sure if thats even legal). It sounded like a sales pitch so I gave them a piece of my mind, then they went and passed my call onto my boss. Turns out my boss had been chatting with them but never mentioned it to me! Luckily the boss thought it was a sales call too but seemed quite defensive about KBS.

A bloke from KBS rang asking for the director, I told him they weren't around. He wanted to know what it was regarding, I said it concerned the director but he wouldn’t explain. When I asked him to take my number off their GPS list, he got really rude and flat out refused. Said he needed the director to approve that. No idea how many directors these companies actually have, but sure enough none available here. Told him not to call again and said I’d report their company. He got quite nasty again and told me I couldn’t do that.

Got another call from KBS Corporate today. This telemarketing lot are really aggressive and quite disrespectful, they just won’t accept “Sorry, the managing director doesn’t deal with cold calls” as an answer. They end up being quite nasty to our reception team, trying to bully them into handing over details. It’s gone as far as making one of our team members upset and close to tears. I asked if he’d had a word with him before, and he got all funny asking why I needed to know what it was about.
