Got a call from a bloke called Ryan at about 10:30 this morning, saying my washing machine's warranty needed renewing and wanted some info to sort it out. Immediately sounded dodgy, like he was fishing for my card details. He did know my name, address, and the model of my washer though. It’s a fairly cheap machine and around three years old. I just told him I'd rather get a new one and then ended the call.

some guy rang me saying my washing machine warranty was about to run out today and tried to sell me a new one. when i said no thanks, he goes on about how ive got a lovely voice and maybe i should job on babestation or something! i wasnt having any of that so i just cut the call straight away!

Got a call from someone who actually mentioned my address, then said my washing machine's warranty had expired and pushed some deal on me. I told them no thanks and hung up. Funny thing is, my machine is a completely different brand and long out of warranty anyway. Seems like they're just trying to scam people out of their cash. Bit worrying, if you ask me!
