This is a total scammer asking for money that’s not even due. What’s crazy is that this business actually files its returns and you can find out who owns it. Just check for yourselves, Interface (London) Ltd, owner’s name is Md Shahidul Islam. Seriously, just stop already!!!

Just like others have said before, we got another email from Karen asking for payment on an invoice. She's now switched jobs and is working at The Jordans and Ryvita Company - I’m sure they’re really chuffed to have someone so on the ball and well spoken joining their team.

Hi, I've been emailing Karen nonstop since last year about getting the invoices, but the messages just keep coming. They keep saying: RE: OVERDUE PAYMENT OF INVOICE #292 - £374.34. This is the final notice for your overdue invoice. They've attached the invoice again for ease. They want me to pay straight away. Got another email from some scammer, different email every time and so annoying! They said my account’s overdue by £304.32 since last month, claiming they already sent a reminder on 21 January but got no answer. They’re all demanding I sort it out ASAP and want me to get in touch to confirm when I’ll pay. Signed off by some Karen from the Finance Team at Interface FM, with some London address. Total rubbish, just ignore it!

Got an email quite like this today from someone called "Karen Bryant." We've never dealt with that company before and their website seems dodgy. They've claimed it's our third try to collect £220.32 for invoice #3298, supposedly due back on 11th December 2020. They say the payment is more than 30 days late and want us to pay up straight away or get in touch to sort a plan. They warned if we don't reply within 48 hours, they'll take it further. Havent had a call from them, but definitely a scam. Got three emails from someone called "Karen Bryant" saying: "Hello This is our third attempt to collect £160.43 for invoice #3298 due 11th December 2020. Your payment is over 30 days late. Please pay immediately or get in touch to arrange payment. If we dont hear from you in 48 hours, we’ll have to take further action." We run a small business and keep close tabs on our invoices, and have never dealt with Interface FM. Complete phishing attempt and its becoming really annoying now.

Got an email from someone called Karen Knight - [email protected][###] She was saying I owed her £224.97. I shot back this reply: Hi Karen, cheers for reaching out. But seriously, where's my package?!! It was supposed to have $2.68 million from some Nigerian prince, all in used $50 notes, but not in order or anything. I was meant to send 10% of that to a Dr Whodaseenthatcomin as a finder's fee. If you could find my box and send it on (you can't miss it, it's about the size of a small car), I’ll happily sort your payment. Much appreciated, Finance.

I got an email from someone called Sarah Gill about a dodgy invoice. What worries me is the email looked like it came from MyParcelDelivery, which is actually a legit company. Makes me think maybe their system got hacked or something.

Just like others here, I got a dodgy email mentioning this phone number. My business is nothing to do with myparceldelivery, so even if their system got breached like some people say, they shouldn't even have my company info stored - which sounds like a proper GDPR violation. I'm curious if they've actually notified the ICO, since that’s meant to be mandatory if a hack really happened.
