They said they were from a business called Direct Legal, apparently registered with Companies House and led by a Catherine Smith for a couple of years. Claimed I’d been hurt in an accident back in March 2016, which is completely false. Tried looking up the firm’s address at 181 Arundel Avenue, Liverpool, but couldn’t find anything there. Feels really sketchy to me. Stay clear of these lot.
