This number keeps ringing me multiple times a day and I don't even pick up, but it's really starting to annoy me.

I picked up the phone and the lady said she was calling about some incident I supposedly reported before. She didn’t even know my name. I told her there was no such incident, and she said sorry then ended the call. I called the number back and it seems it’s an insurance firm. They also tried my hubby’s phone but we just ignored it.
