Had a bunch of calls from the same number so I finally picked up today. They wanted me to apply for a business loan, claiming they could find the best rates from different lenders. The call was supposedly from United Experts. Weirdly, the line went dead but still stayed connected, so I ended the call. After that, they kept calling non-stop. Be careful not to engage with them, it’s just harassment. They’re calling from India, which is why the call sounds all crackly. They mask their number with a London area code but are definitely calling from abroad. Total scammy nuisance trying to get your details for some dodgy financial scheme. Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent named Harry, asking to speak to the business owner about some finance offer! Bit of a pain and likely a scam. Blocked straight away.

I answered the call but no one spoke. Seems like one of those automated calls to me. When are the authorities gonna do something about these annoying spam calls? They’re probably tricking loads of people every day.

Had a call from an Indian woman who was really pushy and quite rude. She kept demanding to speak with the business owner and wouldn’t accept my refusal or let me get a word in. In the end, I just disconnected the call.

Got a call from this Indian bloke called Harry, but he said he was ringing from Checkatrade, which felt a bit dodgy - like he was pretending to be a potential client. Asked if I was the owner or sorted the money stuff, I just kept saying "No" and he eventually gave up.

I got a call from someone named Jack who wanted to talk to the owner of the business. When I asked what it concerned, he said it was some sort of confidential financial matter. I told him the owner doesn’t usually chat to callers out of the blue. So, I just ended the call.
