some bloke called john, speaking with a thick indian accent, rang me saying he was from bt and openreach and told me i was really fortunate. he kept asking if i knew what openreach was, then started asking about how i use my phone. i’d had it by then, so i just chuckled at the ridiculous name he gave himself and ended the call.
