She wanted to know who our phone and internet providers were and how much our monthly bill came to, but I told her I don’t handle that sort of stuff. Then she asked what brand our TV was, but before I could even say, she jumped straight into asking about our bank. I said no way am I sharing bank details and she just hung up on me.

Whenever I get a call from an unknown number, I usually hang on a bit before picking up. This time, I finally said hello and there was nothing but silence, then a voice like it was from some call centre popped up right before the call dropped. Sounds like one of those automated random number diallers to me. I was under the impression those are banned now! No matter what, it’s either a scam or an unwanted sales call, which should be illegal too! Blocked straight away.

dodgy call, they want to get your info by asking personal questions. best not bother ringin’ them back. if you’ve got one, use a call blocker to keep them away. don’t waste your time with these lot.
