I picked up and right from the start, they butchered my last name. When I tried to find out who it was and why they were calling, they just cut me off. Such a pointless waste of time.

They called me claiming my appliance service plan had been cut down. Then the person wanted to know the age of my washing machine, I said it was just over a month old. After that, she hung up on me. I've blocked the number since then.
